This thread is intended to track changes in firmware for APPro2401 Outdoor Client devices. Before updating, take following information into account:
• You should use only firmware files intended for upgrading via Web interface (files with .bin extension). DO NOT use files with .tftp extension.
• Firmware older than 30.10.2008 may require a manual reboot after upgrading process was completed. If device does not restart in 5 minutes after upgrading, you should manually power off and on the device. This problem was fixed in firmware version dated 30.10.2008.
• When upgrading from older version to 30.10.2008, configuration of Traffic Manager, Port Forwarding, and DHCP will be lost. Basic configuration will be preserved (IP address, password, operating mode, etc). Each following version will retain old configuration, unless stated otherwise.
